You’ll have to wear your KoreTrak Pro overnight at least once in order to see your sleep patterns in the DayBand app.
Sleep as you normally would with your KoreTrak Pro on the outside of your arm, just below the wrist ensuring skin and sensors are being met for the best reading.
You’ll see your sleep cycle broken down into 4 categories: Total Sleep, Deep Sleep, Light Sleep, and Awake. You are able to break down your sleep patterns through current day, 7 day (week increments), and 30 days (month increments).
Step by step:

Make sure the Dayband App is downloaded and paired to your device. Upon successful pairing your device's time will be synchronized with your phone's clock.

The sleep tracker is pre-programmed to be active from 8PM to 8AM the next day. On the device, set the sleep mode ON and OFF based off your sleep schedule. (Turn ON before you go to sleep and turn OFF when you wake up)

Make sure device is worn with clear contact being met between skin and sensors for best reading accuracy.

You can see the result of your sleep tracking in the DayBand App the next day, the result will sync automatically if you have your phone paired with the device.

Step 2: You are able to click through and view through 1 day, weekly, and monthly views at the bottom of the screen
Tips:

Make sure your device is charge sufficiently for the entire duration of the test

For best reading, make sure your device's sensors are clean from oil, lotion, dirt)

The device can store up to 7 days of sleep tracking data by itself

Remember to turn on DND feature and lower the screen brightness for a better night sleep

As an adult you should aim to get 7 to 9 hours of sleep per night

A healthy sleep cycle includes 13 – 23 percent deep sleep, that means for every 8 hours of total sleep you should be seeing 62 to 110 minutes of deep sleep.

To track your sleep patterns over time, tap the “week” or “month” icons at the bottom of the screen or tap on the calendar icon at the top of the screen to review your sleep pattern from any date.
