1. Bluetooth disconnection between the phone and the Kore Trak fitness watch during the firmware update process:
- The firmware will reset itself to the last firmware. Restart the firmware update process again from the start to update.
2. WiFi/Internet disconnection between the phone and the IPS/wireless router during the firmware update process:
- The firmware will reset itself to the last firmware. Restart the firmware update process again from the start to update.
3. KoreTrak fitness watch and/or the smart phone ran out of battery during the firmware updating process:
- Charge the device(s) to at least 50%.
- The firmware will reset itself to the last firmware. Restart the firmware update process again from the start to update.
4. The KoreTrak fitness watch is non-responsive after the firmware updating process:
- Charge the fitness watch on a 5V 1A USB charger for at least 5 minutes, the fitness watch could be drain after the update process.
- Reset the fitness watch by pressing the home button below the screen, the watch should reset itself
