Kore 2.0 smartwatch will not operate fully until it is successfully paired to the KoreHealth app on your smartphone via quick and easy Bluetooth connection. To download the app, navigate to the app store on your smartphone and type KoreHealth into the search bar. Select the KoreHealth app and download it to your device.
You can also scan the QR code below which will take you to the KoreHealth app download, as well.
Once the app is downloaded, open it and create a user profile by clicking the “Sign Up’ link at the bottom of the page.
**NOTE**: If your smartphone display is set as “Zoom” you may need to change it to “Standard” in order to select the ‘Sign Up’ link. To change this, navigate to the Settings app on your smartphone, and scroll to “Displays & Brightness”. Change display from Zoom to Standard. If you’d like, you can easily change your display back to “Zoom” once you’ve signed up for the app.
Once you sign up for the KoreHealth app, you can complete your user profile and pair it to your Kore 2.0 smartwatch. See here for tips on pairing your Kore 2.0 watch with your smartphone: How do I pair Kore 2.0 with my Smartphone?
