Kore 2.0 smartwatch is such a helpful tool because it not only tracks your activity but it can also remind you when you need to get up and move! However, you will need to set up these inactivity reminders via the KoreHealth app on your smartphone.
Open the KoreHealth app and navigate to ‘Device’ on the bottom toolbar. Select your Kore 2.0 watch device. From there, you will be taken to a page where you can select your units of measurement for height, weight, temperature and distance. Scroll further down the page and you will see a section titled ‘Reminders’. Select ‘Smart Alerts’.
Then, select ‘Inactivity Alert’.
From here, you can set up scheduled reminders to move on days you know you don’t expect to be active for an extended period of time. Just select the day and time you would like to receive your reminders. You can then select the step threshold you would like to reach in that period of time. Once you’ve set your parameters, click ‘Save’ at the bottom of the page.
On the day and time you’ve selected, your Kore 2.0 will buzz and remind you to get up and move. The interface will light up and let you know how many steps you need to complete your selected goal. It’s like you have your own motivational fitness trainer right there on your wrist with the Kore 2.0 fitness watch.
