Kore 2.0 fitness watch is a handy and convenient way to stay connected with just a quick glance at your wrist. This advanced smartwatch doesn’t just track and store fitness data, but health data too!
If you are used to monitoring your health and fitness data via the Apple Health app on your Apple smartphone, your Kore 2.0 smart fitness watch is compatible with that, as well.
Follow the steps below to sync your health data with Apple Health:
On the bottom toolbar of your KoreHealth app, navigate to ‘Me’. In the section labeled ‘General’ select ‘Sync data to Apple Health’.
Press the ‘Sync Now’ button and you will be directed to a section of the Settings menu on your phone where you can select the health metrics you’d like to sync from your Kore 2.0 fitness watch to the Apple Health app on your smartphone.
Once you’ve selected the metrics you’d like synced, select Save.
When you return to the KoreHealth app, you can select ‘Sync Now’ and all the health metrics you selected will sync from your Kore 2.0 watch to the Apple Health app on your smartphone. Your phone will also indicate the date of the last time your data synced.
You can also follow the process below to sync your Apple Health data with the KoreHealth app:
Open the Apple Health app on your smartphone.In the bottom toolbar of your Apple Health app, navigate to the ‘Sharing” tab.
Scroll down until you see the menu titled Apps. On the list of Apps, select the KoreHealth app from your list of options.
You’ll then be able to select the metrics you would like synced between your KoreHealth and Apple Health apps from the list of options: Heart Rate, Sleep, Steps and Workouts.
To confirm the data has been synced properly, navigate to the Home page of your KoreHealth app and drag down to refresh the page. Your summary of health data on the Home page should update with your data from Apple Health.
